Senior Litigation Lawyer | 5–7 PQE | Sydney
 
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial litigator to join a growing dispute resolution team in Sydney. This is an ideal role for a Senior Associate or a strong Associate ready to step up, offering exposure to complex, high-value litigation and a genuinely supportive, collaborative environment.
 
The Role

You’ll be joining a dynamic Dispute Resolution and Investigations team working across high-profile matters in commercial, regulatory, technology, media, and aviation sectors. The role offers a mix of local and cross-border work, with opportunities to collaborate with international teams on sophisticated multi-jurisdictional disputes.

You’ll work closely with two highly respected partners who are not only leaders in the litigation space but also exceptionally supportive mentors. Key responsibilities:

• Managing complex, multi-party commercial disputes
• Acting on regulatory investigations and class actions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 5–7 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation
• Strong experience running large, complex matters independently or with minimal supervision
• Excellent drafting, communication, and advisory skills
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
• Experience in cross-border matters or class actions is highly regarded
