The Opportunity

This opportunity is with a top-tier global law firm based in the Sydney CBD, supporting their finance legal team. They have invested heavily in technology and are focused on their culture, people, and diversity.

This firm is undergoing a growth transformation and as such is looking to add an additional headcount. 

They also experience extremely low staff turnover and would be an amazing foot in the door to grow your career in a fantastic firm.

The Role:

This role will see you support 2 Partners and their SC's and SA's. You do not support associates in this role. They also have an admin team that you can delegate work to. Duties include: 

• Travel and accommodation booking
• Expenses
• Billing
• Opening and closing files
• Provide support to executives
• Ad hoc administration tasks

The Requirements

• Strong organisational skills to manage a large number of files at a time and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, debtors, and internal staff
• A team player, willing to help others when necessary
