The Role
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and partners on a wide range of employment matters, including:

• Drafting and advising on contracts, enterprise agreements, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Managing workplace change, restructures, redundancies, and secondments
• Advising on employment aspects of M&A and regulatory obligations under the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules
• Handling employee performance, misconduct, whistleblower issues, and workplace investigations
• Representing clients in employment litigation before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and other tribunals
• Advising on workplace health and safety, discrimination, and post-employment restraints

This is a rare opportunity to work at the sharp end of employment law—on high-profile matters that require both technical precision and commercial acumen.

About You You are a high-performing lawyer with:

• 3–4+ years’ post-admission experience in employment or workplace law
• Strong drafting, advisory, and communication skills
• Experience working across both advisory and contentious matters
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with the confidence to manage client relationships and contribute to strategic thinking
