The Role
You’ll work across a wide variety of high-value, often precedent-setting matters, including:
- Large scale litigation involving ASX-listed and global clients
- Royal Commissions and public inquiries with significant media and political attention
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement actions led by bodies like ASIC and the ACCC
- Class actions, strategic litigation, and disputes on the cutting edge of law and technology
The team is known for its strategic, thoughtful approach to litigation and is growing in response to continued demand from high-profile clients. You'll be involved from strategy to execution, with direct partner access and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one.
About You You’ll be a driven and technically sharp litigator who enjoys working on challenging, complex matters. You likely have:
- 2–8 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation or regulatory disputes
- A track record of working on sophisticated matters, ideally in a top or mid-tier firm or regulator
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach—someone who takes ownership and contributes to team success
- Experience with public inquiries, class actions, or regulatory investigations is highly regarded
