The Opportunity

This opportunity is with a top-tier law firm, based in Sydney CBD, supporting their Partners and a team of lawyers. The firm has invested heavily in technology and is focused on its culture, people, and diversity.

The Role:

This role will see you support Partners and their teams in the firm's busy practices. You will be given full training and induction, with a full handover document ready to go. Duties include: 

• Travel and accommodation booking
• Expenses
• Billing
• Opening and closing files
• Provide support to executives
• Ad hoc administration tasks

The Requirements

• Be available to work full time for a period of 6 months
• Strong organisational skills to manage a large number of files at a time and meet deadlines
• A team player, willing to help others when necessary
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexible with the ability to manage change effectively.
