About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll be responsible for growing market share across the Ceramic Tile Adhesives (CTA) sector by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

This is a field-based role where you'll become the trusted advisor to customers across retail, trade and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio throughout WA.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell premium ceramic tile adhesives, waterproofing systems and construction products.
• Build strong relationships with tile retailers, distributors, contractors, builders and applicators.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Work closely with Technical and Marketing teams to support customers and deliver solutions.
• Develop sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Monitor market activity and competitor products.
• Assist with product launches, trade events and industry exhibitions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up.

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous sales experience within construction products, building materials, flooring, waterproofing, adhesives or related industries.
• A proven track record of developing new business while growing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing ability.
• High levels of motivation, organisation and self-management.
• Confidence working independently across a large territory.
• A proactive, energetic and positive attitude.
• Current Australian driver's licence.

Knowledge of ceramic tiling products, flooring, waterproofing or construction chemicals will be highly regarded but is not essential for someone with the right sales capability.
