Sourcing an experienced Sales Representative to join a National Manufacturer to service clients across Western Australia. Your experience in B2B sales in hardware, construction, retail sales, plumbing/electrical is essential. This role is featured around the Construction and Hardware products. 

Your role will include but not limited too:

• Develop and implement sales strategies which will assist in meeting yearly Sales and Margin plans
• Ensure that South Australian Sales/Margin plans are achieved
• Maintain and grow sales 
• Implement price rises in WA in consultation with the National Sales Manager
• Work with Marketing and Technical to develop new products
• Assist with control of Debtors and Aged Stock
• Ensure QA procedures relevant to the Sales Department 
• Work on specific projects where required
• Maintain relationship with industry associations
• Grow the presence and company profile in the market in WA

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Interpersonal skills particularly verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with with Construction and Hardware products,  advantageous
• Negotiating and influencing skills
• Product/ Technical knowledge
• Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to develop broad technical knowledge
• Organisational and time management skills
• Project management/ Planning
