Sourcing an experienced purchasing/procurement specialist to join a fast paced environment and growing team.  

Duties include but not limited to:

• Placing and managing orders across raw materials, packaging, consumables both locally and overseas
• Updating import orders with freight forwarders/supplier information
• Updating outstanding order reports
• Internal liaison with warehouse around deliveries, administration, etc
• Setting up new vendors in system
• Invoice matching to purchase orders
• Raising nonstock and maintenance orders
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager with updating staff database, sending out onboarding emails, catering bookings, 

To be successful in the role:

• Demonstrated role in the purchasing/procurement space
• Ability to pick up and learn new tasks
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• Be Resilient and persuasive to reach desired outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administration skills
• Multi tasking and ability to prioritise
• Work in a fast paced environment and work to timelines and deadlines
