Our client, a leader in innovative concrete screed solutions is sourcing an experienced sales professional to join the National team as the Victorian Sales Manager to grow and nurture an established client base and attracting new business. 

The role offers a home office set up and is strongly focussed around sales with a strategic sales hands on approach. As the Victorian Sales Manager you will be  overseeing the end to end sales process with quoting, scheduling and job co-ordination through to invoicing and job completion whilst maintaining strong client relationships.

Representing a strong reputable brand in the Victorian market you will showcase the unique technology and services by securing new projects and expanding market reach into new businesses within the industry.

Essential duties of the role include but are not limited to:

• Client acquisition and relationship management
• Site visits and client engagement
• Sales and revenue growth 
• Market analysis and strategic planning
• Project and job site co-ordination
• Reporting and forecasting 

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Minimum 5 years in sales with focus on business development/account management - construction or concrete experience advantageous
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills working within set sales budgets and exceeding targets
• Advantage if you have a background in concrete or flooring
• Strong focus and proven capability on growing a sales territory
• Excellent problem solving skills, organisation and time management skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbally including engaging clients, delivering sales presentations and designing sales documents
