Join a National manufacturer as a pivotal part of the business with expertise in People & Culture, ER & IR and all things HR.

Your role will include but not limited to:

• Contribute to strategic planning for the company 
• Review & revise HR systems, policies and procedures including reporting methodologies if needed
• Develop and manage annual Performance Review Program
• Advise management of legal obligations regarding HR issues such as termination, redundancies and award interpretation, etc
• Maintain confidentiality of executive positions and other staff wherever possible
• Regularly maintain HR records and filing
• Oversee payroll outsource function
• Implement and manage company communications
• Enhance and nurture company culture and values 
• Implement and manage Training/Learning and Development Program
• Provide HR Management across the National business
• Be available for interstate travel and support for branches
• Oversee risk management and OH & S

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have experienced within a similar role within a manufacturing environment essential
• Knowledge and experience within ER partnering with unions for EBA negotiations and preparations
• Degree or HR related discipline essential
• Sound interpersonal and team skills, both written and verbally
• Influencing skills
• Organisational, time management and prioritising skills 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Basic knowledge and understanding of payroll processes and WorkCover
• Excellent technical skills
