Senior Employment Relations Contractor - hourly rate contract until Feb 2027
The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Relations practitioner to join a long-established, purpose-led community organisation on an hourly-rate contract through to the end of February 2027.
Offering genuine autonomy and meaningful work, the role will see you provide pragmatic advice, build credibility quickly, and take ownership of complex employment relations matters from initial assessment through to resolution.
About you
You will bring a strong track record of independently managing complex ER matters and advising leaders through sensitive situations.
You can assess risk quickly, communicate clearly, and balance practical outcomes with sound judgement.
