Mō te tūranga | About the role

• We’re looking for a confident Senior Employment Relations Advisor for a fixed term opportunity with a large Crown entity delivering essential services across Aotearoa.
• You’ll provide clear, practical advice to senior leaders across complex employment matters, including personal grievances, disciplinary processes, performance issues and formal mediations.
• You’ll also work constructively with unions, interpret collective agreements, and coach leaders through sensitive or complex situations.

Mōu | About you

This would suit an experienced ER/IR practitioner who brings sound judgement, calm communication and strong stakeholder relationships.

Experience working in highly unionised environments is essential, and public sector or Crown entity experience would be advantageous.
