Support complex complaints in a high-trust regulatory environment

Mō te tūranga | About the role
You will support the investigations process from the point a complaint is received through to triage and referral.
This includes managing the conduct inbox, assessing incoming complaints, gathering and reviewing information, and coordinating the triage process. You’ll work closely with legal and investigations teams to ensure cases are progressed efficiently and with the right information available to support decision-making.
A key part of the role is engaging with stakeholders, guiding them through the investigations process and providing clear information and support within a structured regulatory framework.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong organisation, sound judgement, and the ability to manage sensitive subject matter.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in administration or coordination roles within a regulatory, legal, or public sector environment, with backgrounds such as legal assistant, court registrar, or similar, highly relevant.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workflow and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience communicating with key stakeholders in sensitive and high-trust environments
- Maturity and confidence handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Sound judgement, resilience, and strong relationship skills

Salary range is $72,219–$84,964 depending on experience.
