Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role
As an Intermediate Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in addressing interesting and complex land and property issues. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice and support across a range of areas, including landlord and tenant matters, general property law, Māori land law, commercial contracts, resource management, legislative and regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
