The Position:
Maali Group is looking for an experienced
Mobilisation & Business Support Officer to join our established team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience in mobilisation across the
Infrastructure,
Mining, and
Energy sectors.
Our Ideal Candidate: - Previous experience in mobilisation, particularly within mining and resources (training will be provided if necessary)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
- Enjoys networking and building relationships during the onboarding process
- Self-motivated with a solutions-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation process
- Skilled at understanding stakeholder needs and providing regular updates
- Comfortable making phone calls and building long-term relationships with candidates
- Experience using recruitment and screening databases (Job Adder experience preferred)
- Previous experience recruiting for infrastructure, construction, or FIFO blue-collar roles
Essential Requirements: - At least 6 months experience in mobilisation
- Proven ability to organise training, medicals, and inductions to ensure candidate compliance
- Experience mobilising for Tier 1 companies (e.g., RTIO, BHP, FMG, Roy Hill) is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various IT systems and programs
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience
- Valid WA Driver’s License (Class C)
- A positive, “can do” attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to provide accurate weekly reports to stakeholders
- High attention to detail, particularly in data entry
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proactively suggest improvements to work processes and documentation
- Willingness to learn, be coachable, and embrace continuous improvement
