The Position:

Maali Group is looking for an experienced Mobilisation & Business Support Officer to join our established team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience in mobilisation across the Infrastructure, Mining, and Energy sectors.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in mobilisation, particularly within mining and resources (training will be provided if necessary)
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
• Enjoys networking and building relationships during the onboarding process
• Self-motivated with a solutions-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation process
• Skilled at understanding stakeholder needs and providing regular updates
• Comfortable making phone calls and building long-term relationships with candidates
• Experience using recruitment and screening databases (Job Adder experience preferred)
• Previous experience recruiting for infrastructure, construction, or FIFO blue-collar roles

  Essential Requirements:

• At least 6 months experience in mobilisation
• Proven ability to organise training, medicals, and inductions to ensure candidate compliance
• Experience mobilising for Tier 1 companies (e.g., RTIO, BHP, FMG, Roy Hill) is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various IT systems and programs
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience
• Valid WA Driver’s License (Class C)
• A positive, “can do” attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to provide accurate weekly reports to stakeholders
• High attention to detail, particularly in data entry
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proactively suggest improvements to work processes and documentation
• Willingness to learn, be coachable, and embrace continuous improvement
