Client Services Team Leader
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 + superannuation
Location: East Brisbane
Work style: Office-based with flexibility
Why This Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Client Services Team Leader, Senior Client Services Administrator or strong 2IC to step into a broader leadership role within a long-standing boutique accounting firm in East Brisbane.
The role will suit someone with solid accounting firm administration experience who enjoys being relied upon, supporting others and keeping client work moving. You will manage workflow across the administration team, provide practical support and guidance, and remain hands-on with client services, ASIC, ATO and general practice administration.
This is not a purely supervisory role. You will be expected to lead by example, support the team day to day, help improve processes and continue delivering high-quality administrative support yourself.
It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys professional services administration, understands the pace and detail of an accounting firm, and wants a role with more ownership, visibility and influence.
