Client Services Administrator
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 + superannuation
Location: Earlwood, Sydney

This is an opportunity for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join a long-established Sydney accounting and advisory firm with a modern approach to systems, client service and technology.

This is not a narrow reception role. You will support client communication, practice administration, ASIC matters, ATO follow-up, document preparation, electronic signing packs and the systems that keep a professional accounting firm running smoothly.

The Role
As a Client Services Administrator, you will help keep the office, client workflow, and administrative functions running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to accountants and managers
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients
- Contacting government agencies, including the ATO and ASIC
- Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
- Assisting with company, trust and entity establishment administration
- Maintaining accurate client records and practice management systems
- Preparing correspondence, documents and electronic signing packs
- Monitoring deadlines and following up outstanding actions
- Supporting reception and general office administration as required
- Working across cloud-based systems and improving administrative processes
This role will suit someone who understands that strong administration is central to client service, workflow quality and a well-run accounting practice.
What You'll Bring - Minimum 2 years of experience in an Australian accounting practice or similar professional services environment
- Experience dealing with the ATO and ASIC
- Experience with company, trust or entity establishment administration will be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow-ups and competing priorities
- Professional phone and email manner
- Confidence learning new systems and improving processes
- Team-focused approach and willingness to support accountants and managers
- Interest in technology, automation and AI
- Permanent working rights in Australia
Experience with Xero Practice Manager, FYI Docs, BGL CAS 360, Simple Fund 360, FuseDocs or FuseSign will be viewed favourably.
