Intermediate Accountant | Business Services
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 + superannuation
Location: Earlwood, Sydney
Work style: Hybrid | 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Why This Role
This is an opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant to join a longstanding Sydney-based accounting and business advisory firm with a clear focus on the future of the profession.
The role will suit someone who wants to become a trusted adviser over time, rather than remain confined to purely processing work.
You will gain real client exposure, work directly with senior accountants and managers, and develop across both compliance and advisory support. The firm actively uses technology, automation and AI to improve quality, reduce rework and create more capacity for meaningful client conversations.
This is a strong fit for an accountant who enjoys learning, values relationships and wants to build stronger judgement rather than simply prepare files.
