The Role
As a Tax Accountant, you will work across tax, accounting and business services matters for a range of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns
• Preparing BAS and related compliance work
• Supporting clients across tax and business services matters
• Working with SME accounting software including MYOB and Xero
• Assisting with tax planning and general client advisory support
• Communicating with clients in a professional and responsive manner
• Working closely with senior team members to deliver accurate and timely work
• Building your technical capability across a broad public practice client base

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Australian accounting firm
• Experience across tax and business services
• Strong technical capability and attention to detail
• Sound working knowledge of MYOB and Xero
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presentation and strong client service standards
• Ambition to continue developing within public practice
• A team-focused approach and willingness to contribute to a positive firm culture
