Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + superannuation
Location: Earlwood, Sydney
Work style: Hybrid | 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Why This Role
This is an opportunity to join a Sydney-based accounting and business advisory firm that combines long-standing client relationships with a modern, forward-looking approach to technology, automation and AI. The role will suit a Senior Accountant who wants to keep building as a trusted adviser, rather than be confined to pure processing work.
You will work directly with senior accountants and managers, gain genuine client exposure, and be part of a firm that values relationships, care, high standards and long-term development. The environment is built for accountants who want to strengthen their advisory capability over time while working with growing SMEs and high-performing salaried clients.
About Our Client
Our client is a Sydney-based accounting and business advisory firm with a long history, established in 1962, and a clear focus on the future of the profession. They are investing in technology, automation and AI while continuing to prioritise relationships, trust and care in their work with both clients and staff.
This is the type of firm that will appeal to someone who values a thoughtful, advisory-led culture, practical use of technology, and a workplace that supports flexibility, autonomy and development without micromanagement.
