The Role
As a Senior Accountant or Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships while contributing to leadership and firm direction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across tax and advisory
• Reviewing financial statements, income tax returns and complex compliance work
• Providing practical, commercial and legislative advice
• Leading, mentoring and reviewing work of junior and intermediate staff
• Managing workflow, deadlines and client expectations
• Acting as a trusted adviser and key point of contact for clients
• Working closely with Directors on strategy, growth and succession planning

This role offers autonomy, leadership influence and meaningful progression.

What You’ll Bring

• CA or CPA qualification
• Proven experience at a Senior Accountant level within public practice
• Strong technical background across taxation and business services
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring or portfolio management experience
• Confidence managing clients independently
• Commercial mindset with strong communication skills
• Ambition to progress into a leadership or Partner-level role
