About the Role: Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
Efficient and professional operation of reception and meeting rooms
Preparing for office events/meetings, including catering
Greeting clients professionally at reception
Answering, screening and forwarding of incoming phone calls
Coordinate office orders and deliveries, including mail
Maintaining office stock levels
Document management, preparation of client letters and management of client files
The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, communication, and time management skills. Previous experience in a professional services environment (finance, real estate, legal etc.) will be highly regarded.
High attention to detail, with good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a professional services firm is desirable; experience within an accounting firm is highly regarded.
Proven skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Able to demonstrate positive engagement and interaction with clients/customers
Team focused with a confident and friendly personality
A high level of integrity, responsibility and a professional outlook
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, despite changing demands and requirements.... 'roll-up your sleeves' attitude
