The Role:

• Rigorous Quality Assurance: Scrutinise financial documents to ensure we surpass industry benchmarks, guaranteeing client delight and compliance.
• Leadership & Synchronisation: Guide teams with precision, driving efficiency and meeting deadlines within our strategic client service framework.
• Strategic Advisory: Offer top-tier financial strategies, responding to client needs with understanding and fostering long-standing trust and success.
• Guardianship of Standards: Uphold our prestige by maintaining uncompromised quality across all work, aligning with stringent standards and regulations.
• Collaborative Evolution: Partner internally to enhance our workflow and service deliverables, embracing growth and innovative practices.

The ideal candidate:

• 5 years + experience in public practice is essential
• Good commercial acumen
• CA or CPA qualification is preferred
• Proficiency in Xero
• A progressive attitude and a strong desire to provide a high level of service to their clients
• Demonstrated the skills required to manage the end-to-end accounting process in a dynamic environment whilst coping with a variety of competing priorities
• Proven accounting experience across all facets of public accounting
• Excellent confidence and communication skills - we talk to our clients daily via phone and video
