About the Role:
You will be a qualified CA/CPA accountant and a strategic thinker who is resilient with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to deliver a range of high-quality compliance and business advisory services to clients, including; 

• Advanced taxation and accounting principles knowledge, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and problem-solve.
• Proficiency in preparing financial accounts, income tax returns, activity statements, and other financial documentation to a high standard.
• Ability to prepare budgets, cashflows, and business planning documents, along with providing strategic tax planning and business structure advice.
• Strong practical knowledge of accounting software like MYOB, Reckon, Xero, and QuickBooks, enabling effective client support and system advice.
• Experience in assisting clients with audits, compliance issues, and licensing applications, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

About You:

• You’ll be a people person and adaptable with the ability to clearly convey complex information, handle sensitive situations diplomatically, and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Capable of guiding and developing team members, providing constructive feedback, and leading by example even without a formal leadership title.
• Open to change, flexible in approach, and able to work collaboratively across teams to achieve shared goals.
• You will embody exceptional customer service and collaboration to effectively communicate and influence business improvement outcomes at the Senior level.
