The Ideal Candidate:
10+ years working in public practice and business services
Undergraduate qualifications and Postgraduate qualifications (CA/CPA)
Exhibit a strong understanding of Australian accounting and tax rules and experience with corporate, partnership, trusts and high-net-worth individual taxation matters
Preferable candidates will have proven leadership and people management skills, including experience in performance development, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members
Experience in client management, including conducting client meetings and identifying business opportunities
Experience with MYOB AE, MYOB Account Right, Xero and System Release programs
Professional presentation and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
