We seek an experienced Business Services Advisory Manager in the seaside suburb of Wellington Point, QLD. Working within Aegis Business Services, this position will suit a candidate with extensive public practice and leadership experience.

About the Position:

• Preparing and completing complex financial statements and tax 
• Periodic and annual tax planning work (budgeting, forecasting, tax minimisation solutions)
• Manage staff and their workflow
• Manage WIP and undertake client billing
• Liaising with clients
• Liaising with internal and external bookkeepers
• Client meetings
• Mentoring and training less experienced accountants
• Review of tax returns and financials prepared by other staff
• Assist the Partners with BAS reviews in peak times

  
The Ideal Candidate:

• Business Degree majoring in Accounting or Commerce
• Minimum 8 years of tax experience in an Australian-based accounting firm
• Div 7A loans, capital gains calculations, different business structures
• Knowledge of cashflow management, profit improvement,  preparing financials and advising on different entity structures
• High-level attention to detail and strong written/verbal skills
• Tech-savvy
