Company Profile A well-established, family-owned freight forwarder specialising in Aerospace and Aircraft Parts is expanding and looking for experienced Night Export Operations Controllers.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an AOG Export department within freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of export documentation & customs (HAWB/MAWB, IPR/OPR, export licences)
• Ability to handle time-critical shipments under pressure
• Computer literate with excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Car owner with a valid driving licence (due to location)
• Willingness to cover opposite shifts when required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AOG/time-sensitive shipments via air and road
• Prepare and process all export documentation (HAWBs, MAWBs, customs, post-flight, security procedures, routing, transport requests, airline liaison, cross-trade movements)
• Ensure all AWBs are issued correctly and in line with regulations
• Handle customs entries in accordance with IPR/OPR and export licence requirements
• Prepare pre-alerts and post-flight documentation
• Provide accurate quotations and respond to customer requests promptly
