Salary: £31,952 + £3.5k-£4k annual service charge

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of your section, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and high-quality output.
• Train and develop Demi and Commis Chefs in patisserie and baking techniques.
• Maintain consistency and excellence in pastry production.
• Adhere to HACCP procedures and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibly respond to business and client needs.

About You:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications (or equivalent).
• Experience in hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and a passion for pastry.
• Team-oriented with good verbal and written English skills.
