About the company:
Renowned company specializing in the export of posh pets to loving homes worldwide. Our office is filled with furry friends, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to their well-being and the satisfaction of our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to pet exports.
Coordinate the logistics of exporting pets, ensuring all paperwork and processes are handled efficiently.
Occasionally drive the company van to drop off pets at Heathrow Airport.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the pets in the office.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
A genuine love for animals and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid car license, with the ability to drive the company van as needed.
No prior air freight experience required; full training will be provided.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
