The Role:

You’ll be reporting into the Director of Operations who is collaborative, proactive, and gets things done. She leads from the front, supports her team, and creates an environment where people can do their best work.

In this role, you will take ownership of the College’s property and facilities function, leading a dedicated team while also driving improvements across systems, processes, and overall efficiency. There is a real opportunity here to have a genuine impact.

You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the campus, contributing to and delivering a long-term master plan, with a strong focus on preserving and enhancing heritage buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the facilities and maintenance team
• Develop and deliver a long-term master plan for the College
• Oversee capital and major works projects end-to-end
• Manage budgets, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including the Board
• Support DA and CDC approval processes

About You:

• Experience leading facilities or property teams within complex environments
• A strong track record of improving processes and driving efficiency
• Experience working with heritage-listed buildings or similar environments
• Exposure to DA and CDC approvals
• A confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels
• Commercially minded with strong project and budget management experience
