About this role:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role is a key driver of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will take full ownership of accounts receivable and payable, manage journal entries, support month-end close, and ensure financial records are precise and up to date. A proactive “can do” attitude and strong attention to detail are key to driving continuous improvements and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and creditor payments.
• Process journals and general ledger entries with accuracy.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investments.
• Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external parties as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable and payable
• Experience with month-end close processes, journals, and ledger management.
• CPA qualification preferred but not essential.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to improve processes.
