About the role:
This Registrar sits at the heart of the school’s enrolments journey. You will manage the end-to-end enrolments process, balancing administration and compliance with meaningful interactions that help families feel confident in choosing the school for their child’s future. Strong organisation, attention to detail and a collaborative approach are essential in a role that genuinely shapes a child’s educational pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full enrolments process from enquiry through to offer and acceptance.
• Maintain accurate enrolments records, systems, and reporting.
• Own the administration and compliance side of enrolments.
• Act as a key point of contact for prospective families.
• Support principal-led tours and enrolment conversations.
• Collaborate with finance on enrolments-related processes.
• Manage waitlists and support strong conversion outcomes.
• Document and improve enrolments processes.
• Attend occasional boarding or regional enrolments expos if required.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within school enrolments is highly regarded.
• Experience using Enrolment HQ or a similar systems is advantageous.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to build rapport and convert enquiries.
• Positive, energetic, and professional approach.
• Comfortable working onsite five days per week.
• Candidates with strong transferable customer service skills also considered.
