We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and solutions-focused leader to step into the role of Examinations and Assessments Manager. This is your opportunity to lead two high-performing teams, oversee major operational processes and drive continuous business improvements to enhance both the student experience and organisational outcomes.

The Role:

• Lead, mentor, and empower the Assessments and Examinations teams to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee the coordination and delivery of large-scale assessments and examinations, including timetabling, venue planning, and invigilation.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditure related to assessments and examinations, including casual staff and venue hire.
• Strengthen student progression pathways, ensuring smooth transitions between programs and into further study.
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, implementing system upgrades, and embedding data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve communication and student outcomes.

The ideal Candidate:

You’ll thrive in this role if you are a confident leader and change agent who enjoys improving systems and processes. Ideally, you bring:

• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams in education or a related sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience in business improvement, process optimisation, or systems implementation.
• High levels of energy and initiative, with the resilience to manage change and deliver outcomes under tight timelines.
• Solid data and analytical capability (Power BI or similar highly regarded).
• Experience in examinations, assessments, or student administration is beneficial but not essential.
