We’re looking for a safety-minded professional ready to roll up their sleeves and bring structure to the department and wider team. This organisation has identified the gaps, and now they need someone to kickstart meaningful change. You’ll take the lead on psychosocial risk work, facilitating focus groups, building documentation and processes from scratch, and supporting a consistent rollout across faculties.
You’ll work closely with Safety Business Partners and an external provider to create scalable, practical improvements. This isn’t a role about writing policies that sit on a shelf; it’s about embedding real, usable systems that change how safety is delivered across the organisation.
