We are working with a leading school in Sydney’s North Shore to find a capable and proactive People and Culture Advisor. This is a varied role supporting the broader HR function with administrative tasks, letter drafting, and advisory work. You’ll also work closely with key stakeholders, providing confidential advice and support across different areas such as performance, grievances, and employee relations. The role involves contributing to policy review and implementation while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and internal procedures.
This is a full-time 12-month contract, based in the North Shore of Sydney, close to public transport.
