As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Recruitment Consultant to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building meaningful partnerships and is passionate about helping people find roles where they can truly thrive.
About the Role
Working closely with the Director and wider team, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across the education sector while driving new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow our client base nationally
- Write compelling job advertisements to attract top-tier talent
- Conduct phone screenings and lead engaging interviews (both virtual and face-to-face)
- Deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients, creating long-term, trusted relationships
- Manage compliance processes, including thorough reference checks
- Ensure candidates and clients are kept well-informed at every stage of the recruitment process
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pools using a range of sourcing strategies
- Accurately maintain recruitment databases and documentation
About You You’re a confident and energetic recruiter who is motivated by results and thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’re naturally curious, relationship-oriented, and passionate about education.
What You’ll Bring - Proven success in a recruitment role, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong business development skills and experience expanding client portfolios
- Highly organised and skilled in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- High integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools
- Resilient, solution-focused, and always up for a challenge
