We’re excited to partner with a dynamic education provider offering higher education and vocational courses to both international and domestic students! They’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Student Experience Team Leader to join their team. In this role, you will manage a team of two student advisors and play a part in providing excellent customer service support to our domestic students, ensuring the education provider service standards are met.

The role:

• Deliver exceptional student support, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Review and resolve tickets via phone and email within appropriate timeframes
• Handle student enquiries related to enrolments and the student lifecycle
• Lead and mentor a team of two student advisors, providing ongoing coaching to maintain high service standards
• Develop and refine processes and workflows to enhance student engagement and efficiency
• Manage and resolve student escalations, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Support student orientations as needed
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Head of Student Administration and Campus Operations

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in a similar role within the education sector
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong understanding of online learning environments and student needs
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, ideally Zendesk
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Handles sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
