The Role:

• Be the first point of contact for students enquiring via phone, email and face to face
• Cultivate a supportive environment delivering exceptional customer service throughout the student lifecycle.
• Provide administrative support to the campus as required to enhance the student experience
• Ensure that enquiries have been addressed and escalate any urgent, high risk matters to the relevant teams

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have prior experience working in a busy customer orientated environment
• Holds excellent written and oral communication skills
• Has a passion for helping people and problem solving
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages and prior experience working with a CRM
• Will find joy in helping students and making their student journey as smooth as possible.
• Previous experience working in the education sector (desirable)
