Exciting opportunity to join Australia’s leading education provider in the creative industry, with campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, offering Diplomas and Bachelor’s degrees across a variety of creative disciplines.
  
In this role, you will oversee academic governance and documentation management, ensure compliance with governance standards, lead training initiatives, and provide support to the Dean and broader team.
  
This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive and driven team. If you are passionate about the creative sector, this is a fantastic opportunity! Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available, with the option to work from home 2–3 days per week, depending on committee and board meetings.
  
The Role:

• Take the lead on administrative tasks, ensuring accurate management of frameworks, academic calendars, and policy/procedure registers
• Partner with Committees and Boards to organise meetings, prepare minutes, and deliver impactful briefing presentations
• Collaborate with the Dean to drive governance and operations aligned with the Higher Education Standards Framework
• Ensure the timely delivery of essential documentation and reports to support strategic decision-making
• Provide expert guidance on governance and policy matters, empowering stakeholders with clear insights
• Conduct in-depth research on legislation and standards, translating insights into actionable strategies for higher education delivery
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, department heads, and campus directors to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service
• Take on dynamic projects and tasks as directed by the CEO or Dean, contributing to the organisation’s success

  
The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in the higher education sector 
• Holds relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with TEQSA compliance processes
• Familiarity with the operations and dynamics of boards and committees
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring efficiency and precision
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with excellent organisational abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
