Digital Marketing Assistant – FMCG & Consumer Brands

Build Your Career Across Growing Australian Consumer Brands We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Assistant to join a growing Australian FMCG business with a portfolio of brands across healthcare, pharmacy, beauty, personal care and consumer products.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation and wants to take the next step in their career.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and brand team across multiple projects, giving you exposure to social media, paid advertising, content, SEO, website marketing and brand campaigns.

About the Role Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital channels
• Supporting Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Assisting with TikTok content and advertising
• Creating engaging graphics, videos and digital content
• Supporting SEO, keyword research and website optimisation
• Updating website and digital marketing content
• Assisting with product launches, promotions and brand campaigns
• Monitoring digital campaigns and analysing performance
• Using analytics to identify opportunities to improve engagement and results
• Keeping up with social media trends, content formats and consumer behaviour
• Supporting multiple brands and marketing projects at the same time
• Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver marketing activities

About You We’re looking for someone who is creative, organised and confident working across different digital platforms.

You will ideally have:

• Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Previous hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of TikTok advertising and paid digital campaigns
• Basic understanding of SEO and website optimisation
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisation and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Interest in consumer brands, e-commerce, retail or FMCG
