We are seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join a professional organisation in Perth. This opportunity is ideal for IT students and recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in technical support, troubleshooting, hardware, software and IT systems.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support to users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues
• Assist with computer, laptop and peripheral setup
• Support Microsoft 365 and common business applications
• Assist with user accounts and system access
• Install and configure software and devices
• Document technical issues and solutions
• Support general IT maintenance and administration

Skills & Requirements

• Studying or recently completed Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking or a related qualification
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and develop practical IT skills
