The Role
As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will support the team in maintaining high service standards, improving customer satisfaction, and monitoring operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the use of quality assurance tools and techniques to monitor process performance.
- Assisting with quality audits of customer assistance centre operations, including reviewing phone calls and correspondence.
- Helping prepare call quality monitoring reports covering key issues and performance metrics.
- Supporting case quality audits and assisting with the development of action plans.
- Assisting with coordinating training plans in collaboration with internal managers.
- Supporting customer feedback processes by logging, tracking, and monitoring service recovery activities.
