IT Administration & Operations Intern Location: Brisbane, Australia
Employment Type: Internship (3months)
We are seeking a motivated IT Administration & Operations Intern to join our team in Brisbane. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have an IT or MBA background and are keen to develop a career in IT Administration and Operations within an Australian education environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts
• Create and reset user passwords
• Set up laptops and desktops
• Configure Outlook and Exchange email accounts
• Provide first-level IT help desk support
• Manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
• Perform basic troubleshooting and system maintenance
• Support day-to-day IT administration and operations

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field
• Strong interest in IT Administration and Operations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Candidates with Australian study or work experience will be highly regarded
