Bartender / Front of House (Full-Time)
George Street, Sydney CBD | Full-Time | Permanent Position
A well-established hospitality venue located in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Bartender / Front of House professional to join its team on a full-time basis.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have strong bar experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders and provide efficient table service when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and front-of-house areas.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy hospitality venue.
• Experience working in Front of House.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Valid NSW RSA Certificate.
• Full Working Rights in Australia (essential).

• Full-time permanent position (38 hours per week).
• Located on George Street, Sydney CBD.
• Starting rate of $26.45 per hour during the initial three-month probation period.
