ABOUT POSITION:
We’re looking for a Finance Intern.

ABOUT YOU: You must:
be studying a relevant degree qualification or a recent graduate.
have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
have the necessary technical and soft skills to perform the job.

be able to work at least 3 days per week.
LOAN APPLICATION SUPPORT:
Use mortgage broking software (e.g., Quickli, Infynity, Monday.com, Bank Broker Portal) to track, assess, and manage loan applications.
Liaise with lenders to follow up on application statuses and address any additional requirements or queries.
Support general administrative tasks to assist the mortgage broker in managing daily operations.
Assist in collecting and verifying client financial documents, including income statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
Help prepare loan applications for submission to lenders under the supervision of senior staff.
Conduct basic financial analysis, including income and expense reviews, to support loan assessments.
Assist in preparing loan summaries for brokers to facilitate decision-making.
Review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with lender requirements.
CLIENT AND POST-SETTLEMENT SUPPORT:
Assist with post-settlement follow-ups, including handling client queries, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support.
Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and care initiatives.
Help with marketing efforts, including preparing newsletters, and creating promotional materials. QUALIFICATION:
Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
