Recruitment Sourcer Intern to support its internal talent acquisition team. This internship is ideal for students and recent graduates interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or business who want to gain practical Australian recruitment experience.
Working alongside experienced recruitment professionals, you will learn how to identify, engage, and assess candidates for a variety of frontline and skilled positions while developing sourcing and interviewing skills used across the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals
- Build and refine Boolean searches to identify suitable talent
- Conduct market mapping and talent research
- Contact and engage passive candidates
- Complete initial candidate screening calls
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system
- Support recruitment campaigns and talent pipeline development
- Assist with interview coordination and recruitment administration
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with candidates over the phone
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations
- Previous customer service, sales, or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
