Production Crew (Early Morning Shift)
Sydney CBD | Full-Time | Permanent Position
A well-established and rapidly growing catering company in Sydney is seeking reliable and motivated Production Crew Members to join its central production kitchen on a full-time permanent basis.

Early Morning Shift
Option A

• Monday & Tuesday: 1:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
• Wednesday to Friday: 1:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Option B

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 1:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
• Thursday & Friday: 1:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
• Saturday: 4:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients including vegetables, proteins and other food items.
• Assemble sandwiches, wraps, salads, fruit platters and other catering products following recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency, speed and attention to detail throughout production.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Keep workstations clean, organised and efficient.
• Rotate between production areas as required after training.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in food production, commercial kitchens, catering, hospitality or high-volume food preparation is highly regarded.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable working permanent overnight/early morning hours.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
