Sydney NSW | Contract Opportunity | Hybrid / Site-Based Work
 
This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination, communication, and end-user support skills who enjoys working in fast-paced project environments. The position focuses on rollout scheduling, user engagement, deployment coordination, device logistics, and onsite support activities rather than deep technical engineering.

You will work closely with project teams, site stakeholders, service desk staff, field support teams, and end users to ensure a smooth and positive migration experience.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Deployment Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day deployment and rollout activities across multiple sites
• Schedule user appointments, device replacements, and deployment waves
• Maintain rollout trackers, booking schedules, deployment records, and user lists
• Support device handovers, swap-outs, collections, and return processes
• Assist with rollout planning and site readiness activities

End User Support

• Act as a key contact for users during migration activities
• Provide clear communication regarding deployment schedules and expectations
• Assist users during deployment appointments and basic setup activities
• Escalate technical issues or deployment concerns to the relevant support teams
• Help ensure a smooth transition to refreshed workplace technology

Administration & Logistics

• Maintain accurate deployment data, status updates, and tracking records
• Assist with asset coordination and stock movement between sites where required
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow-up items
• Escalate risks, delays, or scheduling conflicts appropriately
• Support reporting on rollout progress and completion metrics

Team & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, service desk staff, and local stakeholders
• Participate in rollout meetings and provide operational updates
• Support continuous improvement of deployment processes and user experience
• Follow organisational processes, compliance standards, and workplace safety requirements

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in deployment coordination, service desk, field services, project support, or end-user support
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience supporting users during technology change initiatives
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail with tracking and administration tasks
• Working knowledge of laptops, desktops, and standard workplace IT environments
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and shared tracking tools

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to enterprise device refresh or migration projects
• Experience in large multi-site environments
• Familiarity with asset registers, ticketing systems, or deployment tracking tools
• Experience supporting onsite rollout activities and device refresh programs
