Human Resources Intern (Recruitment) 

Location: Sydney, Australia
We are seeking motivated students or recent graduates interested in gaining practical experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Recruitment and Selection within the Australian market.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Support candidate communication and follow-ups
• Contribute to talent sourcing strategies
• Assist with onboarding and general HR administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Studies in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations

Internship Details:

• Based in Sydney
• Flexible schedule (2-3 days per week)
