About the Role As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing excellent customer service in a busy café setting. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a high standard
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the workspace
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends
Valid work rights in Australia
